Jacob Vaz

Jacob is representing a dynamic and very bold style of art for the downtown scene.  If he's not destroying guitars on stage, he's demolishing the canvas with an abstract pop art sense that seems so simple, yet so delicately accomplished.  He doesn't seem to hide a statement, he gets in your face, makes a bold underline across it, then moves on with a grin on his face.  You can find him shelling out mystery singles, wood block print t's, or downtown on the "electric box".  His current installation of work is up for this month at Artist's Local 1155.  Go and have a look for yourself and we hope you enjoy the exhibit!
